Is parking included?

Parking is included in the accomodation from 13 the day you arrive to 13 the day you check out (2 hours before check-in and 2 hours after check-out). More information about your parking permit will be sent out in the booking confirmation.

How do I make a reservation with children?

Children (3 – 14 years) is booked as “children” and receive a made bed. Infant’s (0 – 2 years) is booked without an extra fee and can either sleep in the main bed or in a brought along travel cot. A made bed for infant’s can be set up on request for a fee of 300kr.

How do I check in?

Since we don’t have a staffed reception, check-in is handled by yourself, according to instructions given at the time of booking. The earliest you can check-in is at 15 and you need to check out before 11.

Should we wash our dishes before check-out?

Final cleaning is included but we expect that you don’t leave any dirty dishes after check-out.

Is there a TV in the accomodation?

There is no television in the accomodation, but there is a radio available.

Is Wifi available?

Wifi is available in all of our accomodations. Login details can be found in the arrival information, or call +46 (0)300 40 46 00.

Do we have a private garden?

Most accomodations has a private garden, which are safe for children and mostly enclosed. During the summer, outdoor furniture is available in the garden.

Where can we eat?

Tjolöholm doesn’t have a restaurant that is open in the evening. Restaurant Storstugan closes at 16 (open friday – sunday during most of the year, entirely closed during the winter and open daily until 17 during summer). Grindstugan and Allmogebyn’s cottages have kitchens with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave where you can prepare food. A freezer is available in Grindstugan and in cottage 1B Smeden Lindvalls.

Breakfast is available in restaurant Storstugan from 8:30 – 10 on the days which the restaurant is open, and is booked together with the accomodation.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in cottage 1A and 1B. Dogs are allowed on Tjolöholm, but needs to be on a leash while beeing outside.
