Restaurant Storstugan was built in 1904 in national romantic style and is perfectly situated with views over the meadows, sea and forest. Fresh organic and locally grown produce is used in restaurant Storstugan’s kitchen. Some of the vegetables and herbs are grown in Hemtrefnaden’s vegetable garden. Don’t miss a visit to the kitchen garden on your walk through the worker’s village!

You can also enjoy a coffee with a magical view of the castle at Café Manegen that once was the estate’s dressage hall.

Several times a year afternoon tea is served according to the castle’s British traditions, and fabulous weddings are held with the wedding taking place in the Castle chapel or on the parade lawn, with a view of the ocean.
