October 9 - 10Harvest festival at Tjolöholm castle. For the third year a harvest festival has been organized at Tjolöholm. There will be local food producers and craftsmen, music, activities for children, a showing of the estate’s animals and farming machinery, and a harvest festival service in the castle chapel. Janne Stenberg will also be discussing birds, in his talk “Kan man älska en skata” (Can one love a magpie) October 29Cheese and wine tasting in the castle. Under direction of the cheese expert Jaques Six, you get to learn more about different types of cheese, where they’re from, how they are produced and how they are used, as well tasting different types of wine.
